First things first, my babies....they are doing amazing. We spend most of our days driving them back and forth to their activities although right now anytime I get into the car I want to cry it's so cold. Today the kids are off from school because they are anticipating -25 wind chills for the next few days. Yikes!!!
As you can see, this is how Nicholas feels about his Ice Skating class. Bless his heart. We signed up a little earlier than we probably should have but this sweet boy is obsessed with hockey because of his Daddy and thought it would be fun for him. Poor little guy hasn't quite realized that if you want to play hockey, you need to learn to ice skate. Hard to believe this little man turns 3 already next month!!!
A few weeks ago, we took the kids to Great Wolf Lodge in Sandusky for the weekend for a much needed change of scenery. The kids had a blast and it was so nice to actually be in a bathing suit swimming in a heated pool all while watching it snow outside. Certainly not something you can do every day :)
One nice thing about this cold Winter is all of the quality cuddling time we get. A LOT of lazy days spent this Winter just hanging out at home. With nothing to do but take selfies :)
People will often ask me if I am still into decorating my home and the answer is yes! Just a slower pace than I did before I became a Stay At Home Mom. We painted my Office last Winter SW Copen Blue and I finally bought these black and white drapes from Target which I LOVE! I also added a calendar from Pottery Barn and plan on adding two more pieces below it. My office is clearly not "Pinterest Ready" but we are getting there slowly. Once it is done, I will put together a post on how my beautiful office came together. I love how it is coming together though!!! Slowly, but surely....we are getting there!
I am signing up this sweet girl for Kindergarten next week. How is this even possible? I tear up just thinking about it. So not ready for this stage yet!!
I came across this quote below this week and it might be my new favorite so I had to share it with all of you. Love it!!!! How are you showing courage this week in life?
As always, thanks so much for visiting me today!! I hope you stop back again soon where I will be sharing a delicious crock pot recipe, perfect for these cold, Winter days!! Until then, I hope you have a great day!!
Good to catch up with you after long!! I see that you have been busy creating beautiful memories and nothing beats that pleasure.

I just can't imagine being that cold! It was 35 this morning with a 29 degree wind chill & I was whining about it! I can't believe how big those kiddos are!
